New Growth in Home Prices for Kitsap County Real Estate Market | Published: 5/13/2016 | Homesnap...

The Kitsap County market looked solid this week as sales climbed 6.4% to reach 350 homes sold over the last 30 days, breaking above the average sales volume for the prior 12 months. To put it in perspective, close-by King County registered 2,722 home sales in the same period, the most of all surrounding counties. The median sales price continued to rise, trending upwards for eight weeks to reach $274,450. With only two months of inventory and rising sales prices, Kitsap County is a solid seller's market.
